Interesting green fact: New data released by Greenworks Realty (http://greenworksrealty.com/) suggest that Environmentally certified homes (Energy Star, LEED, Built Green) sell 18% faster, and for 28-37% more per square foot.

I finally got a chance to watch this. The Control4 system has so many possibilities, it's hard to cover the true potential in just a few minutes. BUT, this episode is definitely worth watching to get a quick overview of some of the possibilities!

I recorded the show and watched it last night. The technology part came on around 36 minutes into the show. I enjoyed watching this episode, and felt they covered the Control4 product line well. I liked that they showed a camera that could pan, tilt, and zoom. They discussed some good ideas for cameras in the home, such as monitoring a baby, or pets. Panasonics makes some good wireless indoor cameras some that are fixed and some that pan and tilt for less than $400.

In addition to the Control4, they showed a Mirror TV much along the same idea as a Vision Art but for the bathroom, pair this with a Stealth Acoustics single stereo speaker and you have a great package that is indifferent to the harsh bathroom conditions and doesn't stick out.

All in All a great show, with really cool ideas in both technology and architectural design!
